As the coronavirus pandemic continues to impact all of our lives, we have had to make some changes here at R&R Country to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and you as customers. Temporary Hours In The Feed Barn
The feed barns will remain open to provide you will all your essential animal products. Our well stocked feed barns have an extensive range of horse and pet feed, bedding, supplements and many equestrian essentials. However, the opening hours of our feed barns will be limited to 10am - 2pm, with the exception on Thursday, which will still remain our late night. We will keep you all updated if these hours change in the future.
Monday: 10am - 2pm
Tuesday: 10am - 2pm
Wednesday: 10am - 2pm
Thursday: 4pm - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 2pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Sunday: 10am - 2pm
Main Shop Closure
In light of the current situation our main stores at Hemingbrough and Melton Mowbray are now temporarily closed - we will re-open as soon as possible.
We’re still open online, items and products that are located in the main stores or saddlery departments can still be purchased for delivery or collect in-store. Please see the 'online shopping' section below for more details
Hat & Body Protector Fitting
As this service requires customers and staff members to be in close proximity, unfortunately we have had to withdraw this service until further notice.
Please note, safety gear such as riding hats and body protectors can still be ordered via our online store. Please refer to the 'online shopping' section below for more information. We are sorry if this disruption has caused any inconvenience.
Please be aware, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we will not conducting our saddle fitting, checks & repairs service at this current moment in time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand the reasoning behind our decision. We hope to be back open and providing this service in the near future - we will keep you all updated on the relaunch of this service.
Rug Cleaning & Clipper Sharpening
Unfortunately, during the current climate we have made the decision to suspend these service. We hope to be able to return to normal services as soon as possible - we thank you for your patience in these challenging times.
We would like to ask that you adhere to the 2 metre rule when queuing outside the feed barn doors. At this moment in time, we are only allowing customers into the store to pay for their goods at the till. Staff members will be to hand to assist in retrieving your essentials and passing them over the threshold. This safety precaution has been put into place for the safety and well-being of our staff and you as loyal customers - we hope you understand our reasoning and we thank you for your patience.
We're online and fulfilling your orders as we speak - remember, free delivery has been lowered to all orders over £40 meaning you can continue shopping to your heart's content.
We are currently operating as normal in our online department but we are advising that deliveries may take a little longer than usual - don't let this put you off however as we still want you to receive the high standard of service you are accustomed to.
If you opt for our 'click and collect' service you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. It is worth mentioning, we do still require a little more time to collate your order before you collect in-store. Also, please be aware that you will have to report to the feed barn, where a member of staff will retrieve your order, as our main store is temporarily closed for the time being.
