Our Returns Policy
- A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days, for any reason.
- We recommend to try horse rugs and products over an old sheet or something that will ensure hair and dirt isn't transferred until the product.
- Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit
- Enclose a completed returns form (sent out with your original order)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
- Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We offer a convenient returns service with our courier. This is often more cost effective for larger/heavier items, call us on 01757 633950 to arrange.

Find your nearest collect+ store
You will then be emailed a returns label to print off. Please package your item securely, enclose a completed R&R Country returns form, then take the parcel to your nearest Collect+ point. This can be located at the address above.
The Collect+ service should only be used when returning items for a refund. If you wish to exchange any items please contact us directly.
Please note: the maximum size for returning a parcel using Collect+ is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and 10KG. If you need to return any larger items, please contact us to arrange a collection with DPD.
DPD Collection £8.00
This service will cost you £8.00. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount once we have received the item. Please call us on 01757 633950 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your collection. Collections can be arranged for any week day, from an address to suit you. DPD will text or email you on the day with an hour collection slot. This service should only be used when returning items for a refund, if they are too large to be returned on the Collect+ service. If you wish to exchange any items please contact us directly.
DPD Swapit £8.00
This service will cost you £8.00 and can be used if you wish to exchange an item. DPD will collect the original item, and deliver the item it has been exchanged for, at the same time. Swapits can be arranged for any week day, from an address to suit you. DPD will text or email you on the day with an hour swapit window. Please call us on 01757 633950 to arrange this. We will require payment for this service at the time of booking.
Organising your own return
If you choose to organise your own return of items we advise that you obtain certificate of postage with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note: If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be charged the standard £4.95 delivery fee (UK mainland only) for the new item to be posted out. We will contact you to make this payment. Alternatively, you may wish to use the DPD Swapit service.

Quality of your Goods
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods via email: email@example.com or phone 01757 633950.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty, R&R Country will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item (up to the value of £5.00). Please be aware of this when returning items. We do advise to contact us first about your goods before returning them to us.

Due to the health hazard and hygienic problems involved with horse and rider clothing and allied products is it regretted that we are unable to service or handle any equipment unless it is clean and dry.

Please note: Goods must be cleaned before we will inspect them. If your item is returned to us without being cleaned, we will charge to post the item back out to you.
