Saddle Returns

We offer a convenient return or exchange service on all saddles purchased. Below are some recommendations when caring, trialing or returning your saddle.

Saddle care recommendations:

  • Ensure the saddle is rested on a proper saddle stand to avoid scratching, pitting and tearing. The cantle of a saddle is particularly prone to this type of damage.
  • Do not remove labels/tags from the saddle unless absolutely necessary. If you remove any labels/tags keep them in a safe place, so that you can return them with the saddle if you find that it's unsuitable.
  • Try riding with the saddle for a maximum of 5-10 minutes with a clean saddlecloth on under the saddle. This will reduce the wear on the saddle, particularly on the girth straps and flaps. This is important if you return the saddle to us as a full refund (less postage and packing) as this can only be provided on items returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days, for any reason.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the packaging and box we send the saddle out in, until you are sure you are keeping the saddle. We are unable to provide extra materials for packaging should you need to return the saddle and the responsibility of this would fall to you.
