Vacancy - Accounts Administration Assistant

Key responsibilities

  • Daily banking reconciliation
  • Matching, checking and coding supplier invoices
  • Filing invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Weekly BACS payment runs
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Keeping customer database records up to date
  • Processing and recording sales transactions
  • Providing general administrative support to all areas of the store
  • Ordering stationery and store consumables
  • Producing point of sale signs

Full-time 40hrs per week.
